Luminary, a rapidly growing enterprise software company, is hiring a Business Operations Associate for a remote, full-time position. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the associate will collaborate with senior leaders to solve operational challenges, strengthen core processes, and lead initiatives supporting the company's next phase of growth. Responsibilities span commercial operations, finance, contracting, and business reporting, combining hands-on execution with system design.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve core business workflows covering billing, contracting, vendor management, and customer or sales operations
- Direct cross-functional operational projects from initial business needs to completion
- Enhance CRM data quality, reporting, and workflows to give teams visibility into pipeline, revenue, and customer activity
- Review commercial documentation and operational data, troubleshoot issues, and present recommendations to stakeholders
- Coordinate customer due diligence and other commercial requirements across multiple teams
- Build analyses and reports that highlight trends, inform decisions, and drive business performance
- Design better systems and processes using automation to scale operational workflows
- Utilize AI and automation thoughtfully to optimize daily tasks
Requirements
