The auditor keeps tools and reports current and protects health information under HIPAA.

The posting asks for at least five years of CDI and/or audit experience and three years of clinical work in an academic medical center. Applicants should hold an RN or BSN plus CCDS or CDIP credentials and pass a CDI competency test. Experience with EMR and CDI platforms such as Epic, Cerner, 3M and Iodine is required.
