Allegis Global Solutions is hiring a Change Manager for a six-month remote contract through its QuantumWork Advisory subsidiary. This role focuses on guiding clients through workforce technology and transformation initiatives by creating and executing change management strategies. QuantumWork Advisory helps organizations design workforce transformations using design thinking, automation, and artificial intelligence.
The selected professional will lead change management initiatives on enterprise-scale projects, generate training resources, build communication frameworks, and coordinate with multiple workstreams. Candidates should possess a background in human resources and change management, along with familiarity with vendor management systems and procurement technology landscapes.
This position requires up to 25 percent travel. Compensation is between $40 and $60 per hour. The company is an equal opportunity employer.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management efforts on large-scale client projects to foster successful communication and technology adoption
- Apply certified change management practices to deliver quality project outcomes
- Collaborate with internal and external project workstreams to integrate the change management strategy
- Develop and maintain change management trackers, plans, communication documents, and training strategies
- Build and reinforce change awareness across client organizations using standard methodologies
- Draft manuals, communications, and training materials for future state programs
- Train and mentor newer or junior team members
- Contribute to project methodology enhancements by identifying and implementing process improvements
- Drive change through creative technology or automation solutions
Requirements
- Four to six years of human resources industry experience
- Four to six years of change management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Intermediate knowledge of vendor management systems, managed service providers, and the procurement, HR, and technology landscape
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Qualifications
- Change management certification such as ADKAR, Prosci, CCMP, or MSI
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Self-discipline to independently complete project deliverables
