Responsibilities
- Own the compliance agenda end to end, including readiness for VARA expectations
- Serve as the day-to-day interface with VARA and build credibility early
- Put scalable controls in place as transaction volumes grow
- Connect Dubai market realities with Coins.ph leadership priorities
Requirements
- Senior compliance leader resident in the UAE with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on exposure to regulated financial services aligned to VASP, fintech or payments
- Confidence to act as the primary regulator interface
- Builder mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and able to build momentum quickly
Qualifications
- Prior UAE regulatory engagement is preferred, with VARA experience ideal
- Experience in a comparable regulated UAE environment that qualifies as a Responsible Individual
