saas.group is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to steer one or more HR technology and workforce management software-as-a-service brands into their subsequent phases of expansion. Founded in 2017, the organization acquires and scales business-to-business software companies globally, managing a portfolio of 23 brands with a remote workforce exceeding 380 staff members across more than 50 countries. Responsibilities
- Manage brand profit and loss, overall performance, short-term execution, and long-term strategic planning
- Direct product-led growth by refining software offerings, improving user acquisition and activation, and constructing scalable go-to-market strategies
- Establish operational budgets, monitor performance indicators, enhance return on investment, and implement process efficiencies
- Hire, mentor, and retain an executive team while developing succession frameworks for organizational resilience across single or multiple brands
- Identify disruptive market trends such as artificial intelligence, test novel business models, and execute data-informed strategic bets
- Promote performance standards, collaboration, diversity, and alignment with company core values
Requirements
- Demonstrated senior leadership background as a chief executive officer, general manager, or executive within a business-to-business software-as-a-service human resources technology firm
- Strong commercial and operational expertise in growing both software products and teams
- Direct familiarity with product-led and marketing-led customer acquisition and revenue expansion
- Financial competency encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss management
- Fluent German communication skills combined with proficiency in English
- Active use of artificial intelligence productivity tools and application of emerging technological capabilities
