Pindrop is a cybersecurity enterprise specializing in identity verification across voice, video, and digital channels. The organization is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team during a period of rapid expansion. This position acts as an operational and strategic multiplier rather than an administrative function, helping leadership accelerate decision-making, manage information flow, and track business execution.

Responsibilities include organizing the rhythm of business for OKR reviews and board preparation, facilitating cross-functional alignment, managing special projects, and translating complex technical concepts into executive narratives. Discretion is paramount due to early access to sensitive company data, board materials, and organizational updates.

Flexibility outside standard hours is required to handle live issues and fast-moving decisions on an always-on executive calendar.
Responsibilities
- Manage the cadence of business, including OKR reviews, leadership syncs, and board preparation
- Identify internal issues and metrics to feed annual planning, quarterly offsites, and weekly leadership meetings
- Set agendas, run discussions, and capture notes and action items for executive meetings
- Drive cross-functional alignment to resolve stalled decisions and clear operational dependencies
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools for research synthesis, drafting communications, building models, and data analysis
- Execute special projects encompassing market scouting, partnership evaluation, M&A support, organizational design, and employee engagement
- Prepare presentation materials for investor updates, board meetings, and company all-hands
- Translate technical topics into clear executive narratives and act as a sounding board or proxy for the CEO
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or VC/PE firm
- At least 3 years of additional experience at a hyper-growth technology company
- Demonstrated, hands-on day-to-day use of artificial intelligence tools for work tasks
- Strong problem identification, problem-solving skills, and executive presence
- Highly organized and analytical background with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to travel to the Atlanta headquarters at least two weeks per quarter
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating as a Chief of Staff or in a similar strategic operations or business partner role
- Experience managing company-wide goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs
- Background helping organizations evaluate, pilot, or implement new AI tools and workflows
- Exposure to security, fraud, authentication, or voice and AI-detection industries
