Twin Health seeks a Client Onboarding & Operations Associate to manage end-to-end program deployments for self-insured employers and administrative services organizations. Operating in a remote environment, this full-time position requires navigating ambiguity within a clinical delivery model while building relationships with key stakeholders.

Twin Health develops metabolic health technology utilizing artificial intelligence and data from smartwatches, continuous glucose monitors, and meal logs. The company coordinates clinical care teams to assist members in managing chronic metabolic conditions.

This role suits a customer-focused, resourceful professional experienced in health technology and project management. The position involves guiding clients from discovery sessions through post-launch analysis, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams including clinical delivery, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete end-to-end onboarding and deployment of company programs for self-insured employers and administrative services organizations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client culture and goals in order to design tailored solutions.
  • Handle setup, configuration, and testing of customer instances to verify proper functionality.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project execution.
  • Train customers on programs to drive user awareness and enrollment.
  • Analyze pre-launch and post-launch data to deliver actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Direct multiple concurrent projects while maintaining project plans and cross-functional schedules.
  • Collaborate with client technical partners to manage data access, eligibility files, and issue resolution.
  • Build standard onboarding templates, playbooks, and workflows to improve best practices.
  • Mobilize internal departments including client success, clinical delivery, and product to resolve client escalations.

Requirements

  • Possess two to five years of customer-facing onboarding experience.
  • Demonstrate two to five years of health tech client onboarding and project management experience.
  • Bring practical knowledge of health benefits, health and wellness, or health plans and systems.
  • Show proficiency with Google applications and project management software such as Monday.com, InspirePlanner, and MS Project.
  • Have experience working with internal and external technical partners regarding data exchange, file specifications, encryption, transmission, and testing.
