ReSource Pro is seeking a Client Partner for its Insurance Solutions division to act as the primary onshore leader and strategic liaison for major and strategic accounts. Exclusively focused on the insurance sector, ReSource Pro assists carriers, brokers, wholesalers, and MGAs with workflow optimization, data and technology services, and strategic operating model transformations.
In this role, the Client Partner serves as the primary connection between sales and delivery, guiding cross-functional Pod teams through the Integrate-Optimize-Digitize lifecycle. This position involves building relationships with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders, managing onboarding conversions, ensuring SLA compliance, identifying account expansion opportunities, and maintaining account health records via Salesforce.
This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. Candidates must reside within the U.S. and be prepared for 30% to 50% domestic and international travel. The position suits experienced professionals with a background in client success and the insurance industry who excel at driving long-term account growth and managing complex operational deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onshore contact and strategic liaison between senior client contacts, internal stakeholders, and functional teams
- Manage accounts through the complete transformation lifecycle while building and maintaining relationships at the VP and C levels
- Oversee complex onboarding and existing work transitions to tech-enabled solutions to ensure timely go-live dates
- Lead Executive Business Reviews, account health check-ins, and monitor internal metrics and client reporting
- Enforce service delivery performance, meeting all SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with delivery teams and tech partners to establish project scope, strategy, and execution for tech-enablement initiatives
- Identify account expansion signals and collaborate with Sales and Account Management to close opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date Salesforce records and own the overall account health documentation
- Lead and influence a cross-functional Pod team consisting of 10 to 30 personnel across multiple departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in client success management handling large and complex accounts and deals
- Minimum of 10 years working in a P and C insurance, BPO, or professional services environment
- Minimum of 10 years applying project or program management methodologies within a client-facing delivery setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships at the Director to VP level
- Deep operations fluency regarding how insurance carriers, brokers, and MGAs function
- Must reside within the United States
