This role supports clinical trials by managing assigned study sites from preparation and initiation through monitoring and closure. The position involves serving as the primary point of contact for study sites, ensuring compliance with international guidelines and internal regulations, tracking study progress, and maintaining documentation in electronic systems.
This position requires collaboration with local study teams, investigators, and data management personnel to drive site performance and resolve issues. The job suits candidates with a foundation in clinical research who can manage study supplies, conduct monitoring visits, and perform source data verification according to specific monitoring plans.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to investigator selection and participate in local study team meetings
- Prepare, review, and track startup and regulatory documents for ethics committees and regulatory authorities
- Train and support investigators and site staff in study procedures and risk-based quality management principles
- Initiate, monitor, and close study sites while maintaining inspection readiness
- Manage study and drug supplies, including drug accountability and preparation for destruction
- Perform remote and onsite monitoring visits, source data review, case report form review, and source data verification
- Ensure timely data query resolution and accurate reporting of serious adverse events
- Finalize monitoring visit reports and follow up on outstanding action items with study sites
- Collect and upload essential documents into the electronic trial master file
Requirements
- Possess 6 months to 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines
- Maintain written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language

- Hold a degree in a scientific discipline or health care, or present an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
