Thriveworks is hiring a remote Clinical Talk Therapist Resident seeking an LICSW or LMHC to join their clinical team for a full-time position. This role centers on delivering quality counseling care to participants, helping them achieve established goals for enhanced wellbeing. Clinicians offering a weekly availability of thirty or more hours are eligible for a competitive ramp stipend. The position involves managing participant sessions, completing documentation, participating in clinical supervision and team meetings, and advocating for participant needs. Responsibilities
- Conduct thirty completed direct counseling care sessions each week
- Perform concurrent note-taking during client sessions
- Complete treatment plans and other required documentation
- Participate in treatment team meetings and weekly Synchronous Health team meetings
- Attend weekly clinical supervision meetings
- Advocate for participants regarding their clinical needs and serve as an escalation point for participant concerns
- Liaise with Customer Success activities and requests
- Contribute evidence-based models and techniques and assist with communication, outreach, and marketing material development
- Keep up-to-date with digital and analog clinical care developments
Requirements
- Hold a Massachusetts license as an LCSW or be seeking an LMHC with a minimum of one year of outpatient clinical experience
- Maintain knowledge of state telehealth regulations
- Demonstrate comfort with technology and conducting virtual therapy sessions
- Be capable of building therapeutic relationships and maintaining a polished professional presence on a virtual platform
- Have strong abilities to identify appropriate levels of care and treat diverse conditions within an interdisciplinary team
- Be able to use administrative and clinical support technologies
- Work remotely from a secure, private location such as a home office or outpatient office
- Possess access to an internet connection, a laptop, and a smartphone
- Pass a background check
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
