Job Description

MGID runs a global advertising platform that connects brands with local audiences at scale. It relies on privacy-first targeting technology so advertisers can hit performance and awareness goals while publishers keep and earn from their readership.

This Compensation and Benefits Manager sits in HR and oversees pay and benefits programs across the company's international operations. The job involves refining global policies to match business goals and local law, benchmarking the market to keep offers competitive, and guiding HR teams on salary bands, bonus structures and incentive plans.

Analysis is central. The manager tests how pay programs affect financial results, tracks KPIs against revenue, expense and margin targets, and builds dashboards that reveal reward patterns across employee groups. The role works out incentive payouts, commissions and bonuses for teams such as Sales and PubDev, builds budgets with HR and finance, and produces routine and ad hoc reports for leadership.

Candidates need seven or more years in compensation, financial controlling, FP&A, people analytics or adjacent areas, including substantial hands-on pay work and experience with multinational teams. Strong spreadsheet skills, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and English at B2 level are expected. Degrees in HR, statistics or finance and certifications such as GRP are preferred.
