This full-time on-site conformance role at SGS in the Philippines issues reports and certificates of conformity under the certification center's business rules. The analyst reviews file quality, handles standards disputes and prepares position papers. The role supports compliance with the TIC-CBCA code of practice and relevant ISO standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide applicable product standards on reports using the eTrade processing software.
- Issue certificates of conformity based on business rules and conformity assessment instructions.
- Review the quality and completeness of documents and check file administration.
- Investigate standards disputes and prepare PCA position papers.
Requirements
- A university degree and knowledge of product design, manufacturing or testing.
- Decisive, results-oriented work with good communication skills.
- Application of judgment in line with SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
Qualifications
- Background in conformity assessment, standardization or quality management systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 or similar systems is preferred.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
