The position is based in San Mateo, California, utilizing a hybrid work schedule that requires three days in the office each week along with regular visits to active construction sites.

Selected candidates receive a base salary between $140,000 and $180,000 per year, accompanied by potential annual bonuses and a robust benefits program that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching plan, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

  • Manage final project handover, licensing, closeout documentation, and insurance requirements.

Requirements

  • At least five years of construction management background involving multifamily developments, ground-up projects, or renovations.
  • Demonstrated history of guiding projects from preconstruction planning to final completion, covering budgeting and scheduling.

  • Deep familiarity with building systems, permitting protocols, inspections, and current construction codes.
  • Competency in reading and analyzing architectural, civil, structural, and MEP plans.
  • History of operating around occupied residential communities while protecting ongoing operations.
  • Adept at utilizing Microsoft Office alongside construction, scheduling, and project management software.
