This full-time, on-site consulting position in Lagos focuses on culture and change management. The consultant contributes to analysis, research and delivery work on transformation projects, including diagnostics, strategy development and rollout support.

Responsibilities
- Assist with analysis and research that feeds transformation work
- Help with diagnostic work, strategy building and rollout efforts
- Produce written reports, slide decks and materials for clients
Requirements
- Around two to four years working in HR, culture or transformation initiatives
- A bachelor's degree in a field such as business, HR management, economics or social sciences
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving and clear communication
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) or certification such as CIPM, CIPD or SHRM would be a plus
- Prior consulting background
