This position is designed for physicians who possess an open mind and an interest in alternative therapies, as prior experience with cannabis-based medicines is not required. Comprehensive training and specialist education are provided.
As part of a multidisciplinary team supported by nurses and pharmacists who manage pre-consultation and follow-up tasks, the clinician focuses directly on patient consultations and care. Standard clinical sessions last four hours, consisting of fifteen-minute appointments for new and returning patients. Initial onboarding requests a minimum commitment of two sessions per week to build platform familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality care to individuals seeking medical cannabis treatment
- Conduct patient consultations covering assessments and ongoing management
- Contribute to clinical outcome data collection supporting evidence-based practice
- Support clinical governance and maintain robust standards of patient care
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including nurses and pharmacists

Requirements
- Full GMC Registration
