Responsibilities
- Write long-form content, white papers, case studies, web copy and social content
- Turn strategic briefs into design, animation and video briefs and manage production with the studio and partners
- Own publishing, scheduling and community management across Ozow's owned social channels
- Report on content and channel performance, and use lead, conversion and revenue data to shape future work
Requirements
- A relevant marketing, communications or journalism qualification
- A demonstrable portfolio of written content across multiple formats, including long-form
- Clear evidence of technical or product depth in writing
- Experience writing for a considered, knowledgeable or business audience
Qualifications
- At least two years of social media channel management and three years of technical writing experience, as listed in the ideal candidate criteria
- B2B content experience, or a background in payments, fintech or SaaS
- Experience working alongside an internal studio or design function
