Togetherwork is hiring a remote Content Writer to produce accurate alumni communications that align with individual client specifications, goals, and voices. This full-time role involves overseeing content projects from initial outreach and interview preparation through writing and final delivery. The writer will work alongside Alumni Communication Consultants, Editors, and Designers to create engaging feature articles and establish publication content using approved artificial intelligence tools to support research and workflow efficiency.
Ideal candidates possess strong storytelling, interviewing, and project-management abilities, along with professional experience in journalism, communications, marketing, or content production. Applicants must be self-motivated and capable of balancing multiple concurrent assignments in a fast-paced environment while adapting to varying client style guides.
Responsibilities
- Create high-stakes alumni communications tailored to each client style guide, preferences, and objectives
- Draft interview questions, conduct interviews, and write feature articles about alumni from diverse backgrounds
- Establish publication content using client-specific goals and messaging
- Coordinate with account managers and editing staff to align project strategy with client needs
- Handle multiple concurrent assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Use approved AI tools for research, interview preparation, and content development while maintaining editorial standards
Requirements
- Possess strong writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling capabilities
