The company specializes in AI-powered platforms designed to enhance mental resilience, well-being, and productivity for individuals and enterprise clients worldwide. This remote, full-time contract position offers an hourly rate between $50 and $75 per hour depending on qualifications.
In this hands-on, individual contributor capacity, you will manage candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, and stakeholder management. You will collaborate directly with hiring leadership to understand staffing needs, source potential applicants, and guide the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance. The role requires maintaining applicant tracking system data, preparing interview materials, tracking key hiring metrics, and resolving hiring bottlenecks. It suits professionals with a background in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or operational roles who possess strong project management and sourcing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing criteria, and candidate profiles
- Identify prospective candidates through LinkedIn, digital platforms, referrals, and sourcing techniques
- Present qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers and collect feedback to refine searches
- Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows from candidate identification to offer acceptance
- Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring choices
- Maintain accurate records, interview notes, and documentation within the applicant tracking system
- Track and report pipeline health, time-to-fill metrics, and hiring status updates
- Prepare interview packets and provide relevant candidate information to executives and hiring managers
- Partner with the People team, Finance, and leadership regarding headcount priorities and offer approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 5 years of direct hands-on experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, people operations, or a related role
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple teams
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Full-cycle recruiting experience across diverse roles and functions
- Experience interacting directly with senior leaders and hiring managers to drive accountability
