The company operates the BarTender platform alongside the Mojix SaaS traceability platform, maintaining a presence across Asia, Europe, and the United States, with a headquarters in Redmond, Washington.
This role functions as a direct contract position operating remotely from LATAM for a United States enterprise. The Sales Analyst supports the daily operations of the sales division by maintaining tracking models, building reports, ensuring data integrity, and conducting quantitative reviews across subscription and license customer lifecycles. Collaborating closely with teams in sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and operations, the analyst evaluates pipeline performance, tracks key SaaS indicators, and develops scalable process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain forecasting templates, consolidate pipeline inputs, and analyze historical trends for sales and finance leadership
- Prepare data to support sales targets, quotas, territory definitions, and capacity planning
- Build and maintain operational models covering pipeline coverage, bookings, revenue, renewals, and productivity
- Identify potential churn, contraction, and forecast risks with root-cause analysis
- Prepare recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, meeting documents, and follow-up trackers
- Monitor CRM data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency while coordinating corrections
- Track core performance metrics including conversion rates, sales velocity, win rates, and customer acquisition costs
- Map existing sales workflows to eliminate manual friction and implement scalable procedures
- Support day-to-day use of Salesforce and related sales tools by validating integrations and testing reports
Requirements
- Two to four years of analytical experience within sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, or FP&A
- Prior working background within subscription software environments
- Advanced spreadsheet proficiency including the creation of repeatable models
- Working familiarity with Salesforce or alternative CRM platforms
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English
- Availability to work as an independent contractor from LATAM with required work authorization and a Police Clearance Certificate
Qualifications
- Experience using business intelligence or data visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Bachelor degree in finance, business, economics, analytics, information systems, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
