Job Description

Evercam, a construction technology company, is seeking a remote Contract Specialist for its Compliance group. The full-time position centers on commercial agreements, mainly software-as-a-service contracts serving construction technology clients. The specialist bridges Evercam's internal departments and customers' legal teams.

Beyond processing paperwork, the specialist drafts, marks up and negotiates NDAs, master service agreements, enterprise agreements, statements of work, vendor contracts and subcontractor agreements. Risky language around liability ceilings, indemnity, data protection and intellectual property is flagged, and workable alternatives are proposed. Negotiations happen directly with customers' lawyers and purchasing staff.

The specialist also administers agreements from signing onward, handling renewals, amendments, expirations and terminations. Duties include tracking obligations, deadlines, insurance certificates and compliance items, and keeping stakeholders informed so they can honor commitments. The specialist answers compliance inbox messages, gathers insurance and pre-qualification paperwork for customers, and aligns positions with Managing Directors during talks.

The posting asks for two-plus years working with contracts in admin, legal operations or paralegal roles, including hands-on SaaS contract drafting and negotiation. Candidates must be located in Latin America, follow U.S. Eastern Standard Time business hours, and be fully fluent in English, spoken and written. Experience with American companies and knowledge of construction-sector dealings are valued. Benefits include paid time off, an equipment allowance, an additional PTO day for each year of service, and an employee stock program.

  • Availability for U.S. Eastern business hours
  • Full professional or bilingual English, spoken and written
  • Living in Latin America
