Testing is underway across seven United States markets, with operations currently active in San Francisco and Las Vegas alongside planned launches in Miami and Austin.
This position places participants directly onto a team to handle meaningful assignments rather than participating in a traditional cohort-based internship program. Candidates will review specified events utilizing visualization and analysis software, following explicit instructions to differentiate between true issues and false positives. Individuals will examine event lists and supply requested feedback directly to the work requester.
This opportunity is designed to support academic pursuits while offering practical experience within the autonomous vehicle industry. Applicants must meet specific hourly and duration commitments, maintain strict confidentiality regarding company data, and work on-site at a company facility. Employment operates through a contracted third-party vendor rather than directly with Zoox.
Responsibilities
- Review assigned lists of events containing Argus visualization links and instructions
- Utilize visualization and analysis software to examine simulated or real-life vehicle behavior
- Distinguish between false positive issues and genuine problems based on provided guidelines
- Deliver analysis results and feedback for each event to the work requester
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor of Science or Master of Science program
- Availability to commit to a minimum three-month assignment duration
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Capacity to work on-site at a company office location
- Compliance with company confidentiality policies preventing the sharing of proprietary information
