  • Formulate evidence-backed A/B testing hypotheses for landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows
  • Build, prioritize, and maintain structured experimentation roadmaps
  • Draft actionable briefs for copywriting and design teams
  • Monitor live experiments to preserve data integrity and evaluate completed test outcomes
  • Map visual conversion funnels using Figma
  • Coordinate daily with designers, copywriters, and project managers via Slack, Loom, and standups

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end conversion rate optimization programs and A/B tests
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4
  • Demonstrated track record running A/B tests and evaluating results with sound statistical principles
  • Practical experience optimizing direct-to-consumer Shopify stores and product journeys
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Clarity, Figma, Slack, and Loom
  • Familiarity with utilizing AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for research workflows
  • Ability to work a split shift with overlap for the client time zone
  • Attendance at in-person training programs during the first three and a half weeks
