Job Description
Tamara seeks a Copy Writer to join its team on-site in a full-time capacity. Tamara operates a fintech platform in the GCC region and Saudi Arabia, supported by SNB Capital and Sanabil Investments, with over 130,000 partner merchants and 25 million customers relying on its financial solutions.
This is a hands-on position focused on producing commercial content in both Arabic and English. The successful candidate will handle B2B marketing, product marketing, and CRM writing tasks. Responsibilities include transforming complex product details and briefs into channel-ready messaging for lifecycle journeys, paid advertising, event collateral, and search engine optimization landing pages.
Responsibilities
- Draft and edit messaging for multi-step merchant lifecycle journeys including onboarding, activation, engagement, and reactivation across email, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Develop copy variants for testing and ensure consistent tone across all touchpoints
- Write and revise industry-specific website landing pages focusing on conversion, search intent, and keyword integration for sectors like healthcare, gaming, and retail
- Create concepts, headlines, and calls to action for B2B paid ads, seasonal promotions, and event materials like flyers and booth text
- Produce scripts for video content, case studies, product how-to guides, and support launch campaigns and newsletters
- Shape narratives and edit stakeholder inputs for reports, surveys, and long-form publications
Requirements
- Have three to five years of background in marketing copywriting with a portfolio demonstrating both conversion-driven and long-form pieces
- Possess proficiency in writing, proofreading, and editing to explain intricate products clearly
- Bring experience writing specifically for B2B audiences, SMEs, merchants, or decision-makers
- Demonstrate familiarity with performance advertising, CRM lifecycle communication, and search engine optimization basics
- Maintain fluency in both English and Arabic for professional copywriting tasks
