Wise is hiring a Core Compliance Systems, Data & Enablement (CCSDE) Senior Specialist for an on-site position in Hyderabad. This full-time role supports the CCSDE Lead by translating design and engineering directives into tested workflow modifications, reliable access administration, and responsive assistance for Compliance officers.
The position requires daily execution within established controls, identifying recurring problems, and enhancing how Compliance teams utilize systems. Key duties involve configuring workflows, fields, and automation rules, managing joiner-mover-leaver access protocols, maintaining internal knowledge bases and runbooks, and delivering user training. The successful candidate will also handle support requests, manage a regional feedback network, and contribute operational data to the Data, Metrics & MI Forum.
This role suits professionals with practical experience in configuring workflow or case-management systems, executing controlled operational processes, and communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Configure workflows, fields, forms, routing, and business rules under the direction of the CCSDE Lead
- Clarify requirements, identify dependencies, execute business acceptance testing, and document release results
- Maintain the workflow and automation register, keeping track of business purposes, owners, dependencies, and fallback processes
- Execute joiner, mover, leaver, and periodic access recertification processes across core compliance systems
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, wikis, and troubleshooting guides, conducting regular staleness reviews
- Act as the first point of contact for compliance officer support questions and initial troubleshooting
- Prepare user guidance, onboard compliance officers, communicate workflow changes, and support AI agent adoption
- Coordinate regional champions to gather feedback and identify work happening outside established systems
- Provide accurate operational and access data to the Data, Metrics & MI Forum
Requirements
- Practical experience configuring and supporting workflow, case-management, or service-management systems
- Ability to translate user needs into clear requirements, test scenarios, and configuration changes
- Structured troubleshooting approach to reproduce issues, examine evidence, and distinguish configuration problems from platform defects
- Experience executing controlled operational processes and handling access or sensitive requests carefully
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining system behavior and producing documentation
Qualifications
- Experience in compliance or regulated operations
- Familiarity with Jira or comparable workflow tooling
- Basic SQL or operational reporting knowledge
- Experience with user training
- Experience supporting the adoption of approved AI tools
