Job Description
Deliveroo for Work (DfW), the company's business-to-business arm, is hiring a corporate commercial manager for Abu Dhabi. The job sits inside the Middle East B2B team, is full-time, and is on site. DfW has more than 20,000 business customers spread over the Middle East and Europe, helping them pay for meals for staff and guests. The company regards 2026 as a pivotal year for expansion in the region.
The manager builds, keeps and expands a portfolio of corporate clients so that DfW earns more revenue. Responsibilities include developing a pipeline by forming relationships with senior executives at organisations across varied sectors and districts of Abu Dhabi. Prospecting relies on B2B lead databases, cold calling, email campaigns and networking events. The manager prepares customised pitch decks and quotes, leads negotiations, schedules sessions where senior buyers can review existing spend, and identifies chances for extra use cases through upselling and cross-selling. Monthly goals cover call volume, meetings held, activation rate and gross order value. Results are reported through Salesforce and Google Sheets, with Looker and AI tools also in use. Occasional extras include trade events, marketing activations, reporting work and following up on late-paying client invoices.
Candidates need excellent spoken and written English, at least three years in B2B commercial positions with a record of revenue growth built on consultative, data-led selling, and proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets. Living in Abu Dhabi is required, and Arabic is a significant advantage. The ideal person is self-starting and proactive, learns quickly, and enjoys a fast-moving startup-style environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred. No salary is given in the posting.
