Grab is hiring a Country Head of People Operations for the Philippines in Manila, a full-time, on-site leadership role. The head oversees people programs across the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance, employee relations, rewards, learning and organizational development. The role advises the country management team, designs people policies, establishes people metrics, and oversees the talent acquisition strategy. It reports to the Regional Head of People Operations.
Responsibilities
- Advise the country management team on all people matters, and design and monitor people policies and processes.
- Oversee daily people operations, including hiring, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and retention.
- Drive workforce planning, engagement and development initiatives, and set people metrics.
- Oversee the talent acquisition strategy and its delivery through talent acquisition business partners.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience managing HR teams across multiple disciplines.
- Expertise in HR audit, compensation and benefits design, and policy setting or redesign.
- Ability to influence people decisions with senior colleagues and translate data into recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver time-sensitive plans across multiple workstreams.
