Get My Course is hiring a full-time Creative Designer (Video & Motion Content) for a remote position based out of Manila, Philippines. This execution-heavy position centers on video-first content creation, requiring the professional to turn raw footage, scripts, and concepts into engaging motion assets for marketing, branding, and demand generation. The role suits a creative professional who can balance speed and clarity while utilizing AI-driven workflows to enhance production efficiency.
The person in this position will handle both short-form and long-form video production, ensuring consistent branding across all output. Key duties involve collaborating with copywriters and strategists, meeting strict deadlines across multiple tasks, and optimizing video formatting for different platforms.
Responsibilities
- Produce and edit short-form videos including TikToks, Reels, Shorts, and advertisements
- Produce and edit long-form videos such as YouTube content, webinars, and brand videos
- Incorporate motion graphics, captions, transitions, and basic animations
- Format videos to match specific platform requirements
- Partner with copywriters and strategists to ensure aligned storytelling
- Ensure all creative assets maintain consistent brand standards

Requirements
- Possess two to five years of experience in creative design or video editing
