Responsibilities
- Build and schedule retention journeys and marketing automation workflows using Bloomreach and Builder
- Collaborate with Content, Design, Loyalty, and Customer Support teams for brand campaign alignment
- Troubleshoot CRM workflows and identify process enhancements to increase operational efficiency
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to enhance the customer experience regarding additional rewards
