Coins.ph is hiring a senior product manager for cross-border payments in the Philippines. The role owns the product strategy and roadmap for remittance, settlement and currency exchange services, from market research and solution design through launch and optimization. It involves working with engineering, compliance, legal, business development and operations teams, and with partners such as payment networks and settlement banks. The full-time, hybrid position requires 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in cross-border money movement.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for cross-border payment services
- Lead the product lifecycle from research and requirements to launch and optimization
- Analyze customer needs, competitors and regulations in key corridors such as Asia, the EU and the UAE
- Track metrics such as transaction volume, revenue per corridor and retention, and drive improvements
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management in fintech, remittance, payments or banking, with 2+ years in cross-border money movement
- Strong understanding of payment systems, FX, AML/KYC and settlement processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Data-driven decision making and excellent English communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in Brazil or emerging markets, blockchain or crypto payment rails, PSP and bank integrations, or real-time payment systems is preferred
