Motorola Solutions is hiring a remote Customer Education Specialist - Flex to join its public safety training group. Key duties involve leading educational sessions for end users on the Motorola Flex platform and associated third-party products. Professionals in this role will travel to client sites across the United States for the majority of their work while managing schedules and completing administrative reports.
Responsibilities
- Instruct agency staff and end users on operating methods for complex software platforms
- Deliver training sessions through both on-site visits and remote formats
- Utilize various instructional techniques including lectures, online projection, and flip charts
- Fulfill department reporting obligations according to established standards
- Handle communication with customer contacts regarding training calendars
- Share agency information among training personnel
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with Motorola Flex software
