This full-time on-site junior role at SGS in the Philippines handles data entry and customer service in the laboratory information system. The employee registers jobs, checks report accuracy and serves as a first point of contact for prospective and existing customers. The role also tracks turnaround times and handles customer complaints.
Responsibilities
- Enter and validate lab data, register jobs and check the accuracy of report data in the LIMS.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Record customer activity in internal databases and log and route customer complaints.
- Notify the team when turnaround times cannot be met.
Requirements
- At least one year of data entry and customer service experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- English at B2 or C1 level.
Qualifications
- Ability to learn new computer programs.
- Commitment to data quality, teamwork and organization.
