Job Description
Assignar seeks a full-time Customer Solutions Manager to join their remote team in Australia, with a preference for candidates based in Sydney, Brisbane, or the Gold Coast. This is a mid-to-senior level position requiring regular travel for east coast day trips to customer sites. Assignar is a construction technology company founded in 2014 that provides an operating system for contractors to manage crews, equipment, and financial workflows in a single platform.
In this role, you will manage the complete customer lifecycle from the sales kickoff onward rather than handing off accounts after implementation. You will lead software implementations, configure systems using AI tools, establish initial workflows like payroll, train users, maintain customer environments, and drive ongoing adoption. Success is evaluated through time-to-first-workflow, progress toward 12-month customer goals, user adoption across field, operations, and finance teams, completed quarterly reviews, and retention targets.
This position suits professionals with strong project management backgrounds and experience guiding B2B software clients through implementations. You will work with various software and tools including Assignar, Asana, Salesforce, Linear, JustCall, and AI platforms. Assignar values an AI-first approach and offers opportunities for career progression into senior roles, solutions engineering, or sales.

Requirements
- Experience taking B2B software customers from kickoff to go-live
- Familiarity with payroll and finance workflows such as enterprise agreements, pay rates, cost codes, and job costing
