DISQO seeks a Customer Success Director for a senior individual-contributor position focused on managing critical client relationships and elevating team operations.

- Develop expert-level fluency in the company platform, research methodologies, and client industries
- Contribute to process improvements by building playbooks, templates, and AI-powered workflows
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing strategic role
- Proven history of managing complex, high-revenue accounts end-to-end, including renewals and expansions of six- and seven-figure relationships
- Demonstrated hands-on fluency with artificial intelligence beyond basic chatbot prompting, including custom skills, agents, or artifacts
- Experience operating with VP and C-suite stakeholders while navigating ambiguity and organizational change
