Job Description
Open, an AI customer experience platform for enterprise businesses, is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a German-speaking candidate. The platform helps companies automate support, outbound work, sales and customer understanding. The remote position centers on onboarding customers, supporting platform adoption and helping them see long-term returns.
The CSM works as the bridge between customer accounts and the company's internal teams, with an emphasis on rollout coordination and operational clarity. Onboarding involves serving as the liaison to engineering, handling ticketing integrations, and setting up straightforward working processes. Technically demanding onboarding can include API hookups, system architecture and data moves. The CSM is the first technical contact for escalations and works with engineering to fix bugs.
Ongoing duties include counseling customers on security practice, sign-in handling and how to scale infrastructure, reviewing usage data to find underused features, and reshaping technical docs into training material. The CSM also runs business review health checks, watches for churn risk, looks for expansion options, and turns customer feedback into structured product requests.
The posting asks for three to five years as a Customer Success Manager onboarding enterprise customers, including SaaS post-sales work and technical integrations with ticketing systems. Familiarity with customer-relationship software like Salesforce or HubSpot and with automation platforms is expected, along with hands-on work with AI products, covering prompt design and AI-driven integrations. Availability during Central European Time business hours is required. The title specifies German-speaking candidates, while the requirements list CET availability and do not name a language. The posting gives no salary figure and refers to pay at the top of the market, with equity and full benefits.
