Job Description
Propelus helps healthcare professionals and their employers meet compliance obligations through software and partnerships. This role supports customers of one of two products: CE Broker, which tracks continuing education for more than 100 licensing boards, or EverCheck, which lets employers confirm and watch the credentials of their staff. The job is a remote, high-volume support position.
Specialists talk with customers by phone, chat and email. On the CE Broker team, calls may fill most of a shift, whereas EverCheck work leans toward chat and email. The target pace is six to eight resolved cases per hour depending on the team, with customer satisfaction kept high throughout.
Automated assistants take the first pass at many requests. Human specialists pick up the harder conversations and make sure the customer receives a complete resolution. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing software bugs and navigation difficulties, walking customers through account tiers and features, passing product feedback to internal teams, and improving the help documentation.
The ideal applicant has two-plus years in support, ideally at a software company, plus experience with a help desk tool like Zendesk. Quick learning, composure under pressure, and the ability to explain technical steps in friendly plain language are key. Fluency in Spanish is a considerable advantage.
