Printec specializes in business-to-customer transaction solutions, providing secure interactions through technologies like electronic signatures, digital onboarding, and unattended retail machines. Responsibilities
- Manage first-level support via email and phone by handling basic questions, delivering reports, and providing user guidance
- Handle second-level support involving advanced troubleshooting, payment processing, and inventory management
- Onboard new customers by opening user accounts, preparing and installing devices, and conducting initial software training
- Receive, test, and document returned rental or damaged devices sent in for service
- Coordinate device logistics including shipping through DPD
- Escalate issues to third-level support whenever necessary
- Revise user manuals as needed
- Conduct quality assurance testing on software solutions from an end-user perspective
Requirements
- High school degree
- Familiarity with basic IT systems like MS Office along with the capacity to learn new systems rapidly
- Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with clients over the phone and via email
- Proficiency in the Croatian language
Qualifications
- Understanding of fiscal platform rules
- Prior work experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role
