Job Description
LogicMonitor sells an observability product that it calls an AI-first hybrid platform, covering data center, cloud and edge systems. This full-time Customer Technical Architect position is open to remote staff based in the United States, and it suits a senior technologist who enjoys helping customers get more value from the product. The person will also help build a technical training program, aiming to shorten onboarding for internal staff and speed up results for customers.
Strong candidates bring a background in IT infrastructure or software engineering, with depth in compute, storage, databases, networking, distributed computing or big data. Clear writing, confident speaking and effective troubleshooting are essential, and occasional travel to run onsite sessions is expected.
