To support this nationwide operation, the company is hiring a remote CX Content Specialist on a full-time basis.

This position suits professionals who excel at translating complex operational workflows into clear, searchable, and accessible guides. The person in this role will build, organize, and update both internal and external documentation to empower the customer experience team, business clients, and independent drivers. By maintaining accurate knowledge bases and collaborating with cross-functional departments, the chosen specialist ensures that brand communication remains consistent and precise across all touchpoints.

Day-to-day work involves reviewing and improving Salesforce content, handling incoming editorial requests, and developing standardized messaging macros. The ideal candidate can independently manage multiple deliverables while maintaining alignment with key performance indicators and partnering with marketing, product, legal, and enablement groups.

Responsibilities

  • Author and update customer experience content that matches company tone and supports customer self-service
  • Audit external and internal Salesforce repositories regularly to find gaps and maintain accuracy
  • Convert process maps and operational workflows from operations specialists into easy-to-read guides
  • Coordinate with product and marketing staff to keep customer support teams updated on new features and campaigns
  • Obtain required approvals from legal professionals for any public-facing materials
  • Organize and rank content requests by urgency, scope, and deadlines
  • Meet delivery performance targets established by the Content and Instructional Design Manager
  • Build and maintain communication macros to standardize customer interactions
  • Manage internal messaging across channels for customer experience teams
  • Improve knowledge base search capabilities using modern Salesforce features
  • Report help center metrics and content initiatives to leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in content development or technical writing
  • Familiarity with content management systems and knowledge base platforms
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in technical writing, communication, English, or a related academic discipline
  • Prior working experience with Salesforce
