Sutherland is hiring a CX Data Analyst and Power BI Engineer to serve as the execution layer for routine data operations. This position suits an analytical professional who can manage recurring reporting schedules, spot operational trends, and summarize complex information for leadership. The primary focus involves overseeing an existing reporting suite, running periodic reports, and updating dashboards as business needs shift. The person in this role will also occasionally design new dataflows and visualizations while ensuring data integrity across refreshes. Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly CX reporting cadences to spot operational shifts, anomalies, and opportunities
- Own existing Power BI reports by updating logic, visualizations, and data connections
- Design and build new Power BI dashboards and dataflows for special projects
- Verify successful and accurate periodic data refreshes while creating visual summaries for leadership
- Collaborate with the Insights Hub Manager to align technical updates with strategic goals
- Maintain clear documentation logs for reporting updates and data definitions
Requirements
- Possess at least 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or Data Engineering professional
- Demonstrate hands-on experience using Power BI Desktop and Service
- Show high proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M)
- Translate complex data into clear summaries for non-technical stakeholders and client operations
- Manage recurring reporting schedules reliably and independently with minimal oversight
Qualifications
- Experience working with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses
- Familiarity with Consumer Packaged Goods metrics such as CSAT, Net Promoter Score, and supply chain or consumer sentiment data
- Background working in contact center operations or customer experience design
