Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage the identity and access management lifecycle, role-based access control, segregation of duties, and least privilege enforcement within SailPoint, Google Workspace, and AWS IAM.
• Oversee non-human identities and privileged access by establishing inventories, ownership, credential rotation, and recurring reviews.
• Direct N8N automation initiatives for provisioning, approvals, notifications, and cross-platform integrations to eliminate manual tasks and capture audit evidence.
• Generate governance metrics and reporting on access SLAs, orphaned accounts, risk status, and audit findings for the CISO and company leadership.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of analysts by setting priorities, defining standards, reviewing deliverables, and supporting professional development.
• Maintain the information security governance framework, lead risk management for third parties and internal operations, and report findings to committees.
• Oversee business continuity management, including impact analyses, recovery plans, periodic testing, and alignment with ISO 22301 standards.
• Drive audit readiness and regulatory compliance for ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and Central Bank regulations by managing controls and addressing audit points.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with identity and access management using SailPoint, advanced Google Workspace administration, and AWS IAM policies, roles, and federation.
• In-depth knowledge of non-human identities, service accounts, API keys, tokens, and workload identities, including inventory and secure deactivation.
• Experience with privileged access, administrative accounts, just-in-time access, break-glass procedures, and periodic privilege reviews.
• Strong understanding of access concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, SoD, SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, and MFA, plus familiarity with N8N automation, REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Demonstrated background in information security governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and audit cycles.
• Experience managing business continuity processes including business impact analysis, recovery plans, and testing.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and Central Bank regulations.
• Previous technical team leadership experience guiding analysts and reviewing work.

Qualifications

• Experience with access controls for internal artificial intelligence tools, agent permissions, and related data security audit trails.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Auditor, SailPoint, or AWS Security Specialty.
• Familiarity with privileged access management, secret management, and infrastructure as code applied to identity and access management.
• English language proficiency sufficient for technical reading and communicating with vendors.
