Responsibilities
- Examine large and intricate datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights for business decisions
- Create, sustain, and refine dashboards, analytical models, and reports tracking performance
- Summarize analytical outcomes into concise, executive-level summaries and presentations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-based solutions
- Extract, clean, and prepare data utilizing SQL and alternative tools
- Construct and maintain structured datasets through table joins and data verification
- Coordinate with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data management teams
- Identify root causes of issues and propose practical recommendations
- Verify analysis accuracy through thorough quality checks and validation
- Document methods, processes, and assumptions to ensure transparency
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Converse effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of data analysis, reporting, or relational database background
- Three years of experience integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Timely and regular attendance
Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience within healthcare, SaaS, or revenue cycle sectors
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology including CPT codes, DRG, claims, and inpatient or outpatient settings
- Background with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Experience utilizing the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
- Background in statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniques
