This full-time on-site role at SGS in the Philippines supports trade operations by amending reports after review by the trade analyst. The team member participates in meetings, suggests process improvements and helps maintain the quality management system. Shifts can include weekends and rotations across morning, mid and night hours.
Responsibilities
- Amend reports based on review by the trade analyst, under the analyst's guidance.
- Attend team and company meetings and contribute suggestions for process improvement.
- Report any breach of integrity or improper payment offers to management.
- Take on special projects or task force work as assigned by operations management.
Requirements
- At least a university degree, or completion of an equivalent technical or vocational course.
- Good oral and written English.
- Typing and data entry speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Qualifications
- Trade experience in import or export, customs brokerage or banking procedures is preferred.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Windows applications and attention to detail.
