The Data Manager acts as the in-house authority on platforms like EveryAction, Mobilize, VAN, Votivate and Scale to Win, and handles their data upkeep. Responsibilities include building templates, workflows and written guides that organizers can follow to enter, change and pull records, running quality checks, reviewing permissions and naming standards, and maintaining the endorsement and elected-official databases. The role is the main point of contact for data tickets, trains organizers, sets up connections between tools through APIs, and writes BigQuery SQL to produce lists and metrics. Creating reports and charts that guide electoral and membership work is also expected. The person coordinates with the Analytics Director, the Data Director and engineers when new data syncs or models are needed.

Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental and vision coverage, life coverage, FSA access, retirement options, professional development funding and remote-work support.
