Analytica seeks a remote Data Operations Delivery Lead to support a complex data operations workstream. Responsibilities
- Coordinate deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies across data operations teams
- Maintain tracking boards, schedules, and dashboards to ensure workstream visibility
- Run stakeholder discussions regarding project scope, sequencing, and objectives
- Assist project managers with monitoring execution and escalating risks
- Audit process and technical documentation including DFDs, ICDs, SOPs, and user stories
- Review merge requests against formatting standards and manage GitLab repositories
- Reconcile progress across platforms such as ServiceNow and GitLab
- Develop consistent delivery methods to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum of three years of project management, business analysis, or delivery management experience supporting technical projects
- Experience utilizing Agile planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking practices
- Ability to coordinate complex priorities and drive them to completion
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like GitLab, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, Jira, or Confluence
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance
Qualifications
- Background supporting data engineering, analytics, software development, or data delivery environments
- Familiarity with RDBMS, data warehousing, and ETL concepts
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Hands-on Git experience involving repository cloning, issue management, and command-line navigation
- Experience reading technical data architecture documentation including DFDs and ICDs
- Background supporting federal or Department of Defense data environments such as CDAO or DHA
- Possession of a relevant certification such as PMP, CAPM, or CSM
- Active Secret security clearance
