Tsaaro is seeking a remote Data Privacy Tool Analyst to support and enhance privacy technology solutions for clients. The organization operates as a specialized privacy consulting and cybersecurity firm, bringing a risk-based consulting approach to help entities manage privacy risks and meet global regulatory standards.
In this position, the analyst collaborates with privacy consultants, legal departments, and business stakeholders to configure, manage, and optimize privacy management platforms. Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and maintain privacy management platforms like OneTrust and Securiti.ai
- Support deployment and management of workflows covering Data Mapping, RoPA, DPIA, PIA, Consent Management, and DSAR
- Deploy and optimize privacy technology solutions within client environments
- Build privacy workflows, templates, assessments, and reporting dashboards
- Perform data discovery and inventory tasks utilizing privacy management tools
- Aid compliance efforts related to GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDP Act, and other international regulations
- Partner with consultants and client stakeholders to gather specifications and implement tech solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot privacy platform issues to guarantee smooth functioning and user adoption
- Produce metrics, reports, and dashboards for compliance monitoring and management
- Assist with tool integrations involving enterprise applications and third-party systems
- Manage Data Subject Rights request handling and automation procedures
- Take part in compliance readiness initiatives, audits, and privacy assessments
- Keep platform documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides up to date
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience utilizing privacy technology platforms or data protection tools
- Hands-on background with OneTrust, Securiti.ai, or comparable privacy management systems
- Familiarity with Data Mapping, RoPA, DPIA, PIA, Consent Management, and DSAR workflows
- Understanding of global privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and the DPDP Act
- Experience setting up workflows, forms, assessments, and reports inside privacy platforms
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance monitoring, and privacy operations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management talent
- Ability to collaborate within a fast-paced consulting environment
- Experience implementing or administering OneTrust and/or Securiti.ai modules
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and privacy governance frameworks
