Job Description

The role involves helping design and build AI solutions for demanding projects and creating production-grade machine learning systems that follow strong software engineering practice. Other tasks include cleaning and transforming data, developing and training models, and readying them for production by parallelising, tuning and testing. The job also covers automating deployment and monitoring for models and their infrastructure, with MLOps and scalable pipeline experience considered especially valuable.
Candidates should have more than five years in AI, machine learning or computer science and should have shipped a complete software product that contains AI or machine learning features. Experience with Azure or another cloud platform, solid Python, a working knowledge of SQL and disciplined testing habits are expected. Familiarity with natural language processing and computer vision is needed, along with practical use of GitHub Copilot or similar coding assistants. Fluent Spanish is mandatory; fluent English is a strong plus. The working week is 35 hours, and the role can be fully remote or based at an office.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to designing and building AI solutions for complex client projects
- Build production-grade ML and AI systems with sound engineering practice
- Set up automated deployment and monitoring for models and infrastructure
- Clean and reshape data for analysis

- Prepare models for production through parallel processing, tuning and testing
Requirements
- More than five years in AI, machine learning or computer science
- Track record of shipping a complete software product with AI or machine learning components
- Experience with Azure or another cloud platform
- Strong Python and working SQL knowledge
- Habit of testing at unit and integration levels
- Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision
- Hands-on work across the ML lifecycle, including scalable pipelines
- Practical use of GitHub Copilot or comparable AI coding assistants
- Fluent Spanish
Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Comfort with large-scale data tooling and cloud services, Azure in particular
- Building REST APIs and applying DevOps habits such as Docker and CI/CD
- Some exposure to recommender systems, unsupervised methods and ranking models
- Working knowledge of TensorFlow Lite and TensorFlow Serving, plus gRPC and unit testing
- Strong object-oriented programming skills
