As a Microsoft partner specializing in Azure Migration, Application Modernization and Development, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, and DevOps automation, the firm is seeking a Delivery Director - Project Delivery to join its team.
This is a remote-based role available exclusively in United States locations, requiring travel of up to 20 percent. The position operates within either the Project Delivery or Market Delivery Unit track, which will be confirmed during the hiring process. The Delivery Director oversees a portfolio of accounts or programs, taking full ownership of client relationships, financial performance, and delivery outcomes. Candidates will guide Delivery Managers and Senior Delivery Managers, establish portfolio strategy, collaborate with sales teams to support account growth, and act as an executive-level partner for C-suite and senior leadership clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage delivery across an assigned portfolio of accounts or programs by establishing strategy, prioritization, and governance
- Partner with C-suite, SVP, and VP clients as an executive-level advisor to influence strategy and investment decisions
- Drive financial performance for the portfolio, including revenue, margin, forecast accuracy, and resource alignment
- Lead, mentor, and manage Senior Delivery Managers and Delivery Managers while serving as a senior escalation point
- Collaborate with sales and account leadership to support deal strategy, pre-sales pursuits, and account expansion
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, program, or delivery leadership
- Demonstrated capability to direct portfolios or large programs spanning multiple teams and engagements
- Extensive experience managing executive stakeholders at the C-suite, SVP, and VP levels
- Track record of driving delivery outcomes, governance, and accountability across leadership teams
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience owning financial targets such as margin, revenue, and forecasts
- Background in leading pursuits, account growth, and strategic deal support
- Certifications spanning Agile, scaled Agile, or PMP frameworks such as SAFe, PMP, RTE, SPC, or PgMP
- Experience working across multiple delivery domains
- Familiarity with negotiating Statements of Work, Change Orders, and third-party vendor agreements
- Exposure to cloud environments and the Microsoft technology ecosystem including Azure, AWS, or GCP
