In this remote position, the professional will coordinate complex technology initiatives, manage financial and resource allocations, evaluate schedules, and drive transparent communication between internal cross-functional groups and client partners. The role requires strategic planning capabilities, risk management expertise, and the regular use of artificial intelligence tools to automate routine tasks and aid decision-making. - Monitor schedules, estimates, dependencies, and deviations to maintain project integrity
- Propose strategic adjustments to preserve delivery goals and secure customer sign-off on major milestones
- Maintain transparent and professional communication across the delivery team, clients, and partners
- Identify process improvements, cost optimization strategies, and time-saving measures
- Detect potential risks and blockers while driving mitigation plans and issue resolution
- Guide, motivate, and mentor the delivery team to foster accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience coordinating complex IT projects
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies
- Ability to identify optimal solutions across diverse contexts while evaluating risks and outcomes
- Strong strategic planning capabilities and team management skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end within scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including developers, testers, architects, and business analysts
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Regular, responsible use of AI tools to enhance productivity and support decision-making
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
