Job Description
PeopleGrove is hiring a Demand Generation Manager for a remote role with about three trips a year. The position sits in the Marketing division, is classified as exempt, and reports to the SVP of Marketing. The manager designs, runs and refines multi-channel campaigns aimed at higher education decision-makers, and serves as the lead HubSpot expert for marketing automation, reporting, and managing leads through their full lifecycle.
PeopleGrove is part of the PeopleGrove and CORE Higher Education Group. The company supplies software for student and alumni engagement, experiential education and career readiness at colleges and universities. The posting says its platform serves programs of very different sizes and pairs AI-powered tools with hands-on engagement.
In this role, the manager builds cross-channel campaigns spanning email, paid media, content and live webinars, and creates landing pages and split tests that improve conversion. The job owns the lead-to-revenue funnel, works with sales on the handoff from marketing-qualified to sales-qualified leads, and maintains lead scoring based on engagement and fit. It also covers segmentation of ideal-customer-profile contacts, results tracking for return, cost per lead, cost per acquisition and pipeline contribution, and dashboards built in HubSpot. Expert insights, client success stories and event material are reshaped into content for several channels, and the manager keeps a shared calendar of marketing activities.
The posting asks for five or more years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, a record of meeting lead and revenue targets, and proven skill in SEO, paid media and conversion rate optimization.
