Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to optimize the build, test, and deployment phases for web applications
- Support and manage the runtime environment for Java and Spring Boot microservices within virtualized or containerized setups
- Track application health and performance utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, and additional observability instruments
- Resolve deployment and runtime problems across production, staging, and development stages
- Partner closely with developer colleagues to comprehend integration needs and guarantee smooth delivery pipelines
- Produce clear documentation and maintain active cooperation alongside international stakeholders and teams
Requirements
- Around 5 years of professional experience working in DevOps
- Solid hands-on background in automation, deployment, configuration, and CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub
- Experience configuring and deploying Java and Spring Boot web applications inside CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with containerized infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
- Practical experience using Prometheus and Grafana
- Proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English
- Preparedness to relocate to Canton Ticino in Switzerland or to Italian border towns such as Varese and Como

- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical work experience
